Welcome to Fit4Baby!
Class is held in Day Hall of Taborspace. Park in the Taborspace lot on 54th and Belmont. Come to the main Taborspace entrance on Belmont and enter on the lower level - to the left of the main stairs. Day Hall is the first large room down the hall to the left. There is signage inside Taborspace to help.

Wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel for ground work. stretching, and meditation.
