Tune in on Sunday May 31st 4:00 PM for our Run Club+ Kickoff Party!

You'll be added to a private Facebook Group for just our Run Club+ participants! You'll get personal check-ins a few times a week! You'll have a certified run coach to answer questions, to guide you, and to help you find more running resources! You'll have gobs of accountability! You'll have the option to join our weekly Live Zoom warm-up on Sunday mornings prior to your weekend run!

Connect with other moms and take your running to the next level while maintaining social distancing guidelines.

Run Club+ can be tailored to fit any schedule and any level of fitness!

Once you register you'll be sent a packet of information - please select your preferred training program ahead of the kick-off if possible. (No worries if you would like more guidance - that's what your coach is for!)

At the Kick-off Party we'll go over all the details of how Run Club+ will work. We'll guide you through customizing your 8 week training plan and setting your personal goals. We'll go over expectations and some running basics - especially stuff that pertains to being a MOTHER runner (prenatal and postpartum considerations AND proper stroller running form!). You'll also get to meet the other mamas in your running crew!

We'll be training for the 1st Annual Virtual FIT4MOM Community in Motherhood Charity Run! You get to choose your distance 5K, 10K, or Half. Race cost is not included with your Run Club+ training. You will need to register for the race HERE
