We are SO excited to have you joining us on this journey! Welcome!

Our twice weekly HIIT classes will be streamed virtually via Zoom. For class you will need a water bottle, a yoga mat or comfortable ground (like carpet), and either a long resistance band or hand weights. We recommend 8lb hand weights (give or take). Please let us know if you need equipment - we have bands for purchase at cost.

Not only is Body Well so good for your body, mind, and spirit - it is FUN! We are looking forward to seeing you mama!
