We are so excited to have you joining us!! Walking, jogging, running, it's all welcome here! After you enroll we'll be reaching out with details on our Kick-off Zoom call where we'll go over all the ins and outs of our session. Start thinking about your goals... Couch to 5K, 5K, 10K, or Half? Do you simply want to finish your distance or are you trying to hit a time goal? Coach Jessica will be reaching out to you personally to get you set up with a training plan that will work for you :-)
Our Sunday morning Run Clinics are optional. The program can be done 100% virtually as well. Our first Run Clinic will be Sunday June 20th 8:30 - 9:30 AM meeting at the Mt Tabor Visitor's Center parking lot. Run Clinics are different every week. Some things that might show up in Run Clinic: pace work, form work, speed drills, partner work, strength conditioning, intervals, stairs, and FUN!
We are training for the Huckleberry Half in Welches Oregon on August 7th. They have every distance of race! 5K, 10K, 15K, and a Half Marathon. You will need to register for the race on your own. Don't wait - they are limiting participants for pandemic safety.
You do NOT need to do the race to train with us!
