Spring Break Free for Educators Free • 4 visits • A free week of stroller fitness classes for our educational professional mamas- teachers, custodians, SLPs, paraprofessionals, etc. If you work at a school, you qualify! Valid only for Spring Break 2024: March 25-29.
10 Class Pass $175 • 10 visits • Valid for 10 classes within a 6 month period
10 Class Pass + Registration Fee $238 • 10 visits • Includes 1x registration fee plus 10 Class of Stroller Strides or Strides 360. Classes valid for 6 months from date of purchase. All new members must pay a registration fee and will receive a New Member Bag with your own set of exercise bands and other fun goodies. Future 10 Class Pass purchases will not include a registration fee.

Unlimited Monthly Membership $79 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership allows holders to attend unlimited Stroller Strides and Strides 360 classes at any of our Southeast Portland/Happy Valley locations.
Maternity Leave Pass $109 • Unlimited visits for 6 weeks • This pass is good for 6 weeks of unlimited visits to Stroller Strides and Strides 360 classes for mamas on maternity leave. If looking for membership options beyond 6 weeks please email seportland@fit4mom.com.
Teacher's Summer Plan $199 • Unlimited visits for 12 weeks • We LOVE our teachers and educational professionals! We have a special deal just for YOU! Join us for 3 months (12 weeks) of unlimited classes at our special teachers' rate. This pass covers teachers and all educational professionals for unlimited Stroller Strides and Strides 360. We are waiving the registration fee ($59 savings). You will receive a new member bag with resistance bands and other goodies included. Also included are our weekly playgroups and our monthly Moms' Night Out! Come do motherhood with us!
Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It is for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with you mom friends. Either way, the time will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!
