Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strength your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a results based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharded for motherhood and all that comes with it.
Body Boost classes are for ALL women at any stage of motherhood.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It is for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with you mom friends. Either way, the time will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

FIT4BABY is a 6-week program that incorporates community-based workouts, weekly education and resources, a private group to connect with other mamas-to-be, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Body Well is perfect for any mom who wants to reach her full physical potential and is willing to reach out of her comfort zone. Very often, Body Well is the first time in a long time that she has focused on her own health and well-being. Most moms find they achieve greater health and fitness levels than they have ever experienced through our program.

As with all FIT4MOM programs, a wide variety of moms could benefit from the Body Well program. Body Well is the perfect program for any mom who is:

  • Interested in changing her behaviors into sustainable wellness habits,

  • Looking for a challenging, HIIT & full-body workout,

  • Cleared for exercise by a physician with few (if any) limitations.

These classes are for moms only. If a pregnant or newly postpartum mom has been cleared by her doctor for high-intensity exercise, she can participate in the Body Well workout with properly advised exercise modifications. However, Body Well is not recommended for pregnant or newly postpartum clients. This 8-week program places heavy emphasis on physical assessment and changing wellness habits. Therefore, Body Well participants should wait until mom's physical and mental attention can be prioritized to herself.


Body Well includes:

  • Twice weekly small group HIIT workouts - you choose in person or virtual! (All workouts recorded!)

  • Client guide with updated nutritional guidelines (clean, real food, no buying supplements!) PLUS seasonal recipes!

  • Body Well journal which includes SMART goal setting, assessment tracking, weekly reflections, weekly meal planner, weekly habit tracker and final reflections

  • Private Facebook group and text thread with daily tips, ideas and accountability

  • Weekly emails and challenges, plus check-ins with your coach

Our Body Well program's two live classes per week are Monday + Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Classes are being offered BOTH in person and virtually.

Our in person classes will be held indoors at Reedwood Friends Church. Depending on air quality and weather, we will have the option to use an outdoor space there. We will let all participants know ahead of class if we will be taking the class outdoors at Reedwood Friends Church so you can plan accordingly. All classes will be live streamed via Zoom for those who prefer to join us from home. All workouts are also recorded so you can still participate if you miss a live class or the live class times don't line up with your schedule.

Take your running to the next level with FIT4MOM SE Portland's 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, such as a 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide training and support with optional Sunday morning in-person Run Clinics. Included in this 8-week program are detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running, nutrition tips for fueling during your runs, a private support group, weekly cross-training workouts, running safety tips, and more. You will also receive one-on-one support, accountability and progress check-ins from our local certified Run Coach plus a whole crew of moms cheering you on!
