Take your running to the next level with FIT4MOM SE Portland's 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, such as a 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide training and support with optional Sunday morning in-person Run Clinics. Included in this 8-week program are detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running, nutrition tips for fueling during your runs, a private support group, weekly cross-training workouts, running safety tips, and more. You will also receive one-on-one support, accountability and progress check-ins from our certified Run Coach, Ruth, plus a whole crew of moms cheering you on!

Once you've enrolled in Run Club+ we'll send you our welcome email and Coach Ruth will be in touch to set up your custom training plan.

Official Run Club+ training begins Monday, January 16th.

Run Club+ can be done entirely on your own time or join us for optional Sunday morning group run clinics. Run Clinics are Sunday 8:30 - 9:30 AM at Mt Tabor Park. Run Clinics are not your long run of the week. We do drills and activities that keep us together as a group no matter your pace. All levels welcome at run clinics - walk, jog, run! Strollers welcome too, though we ask that you let Coach Ruth know ahead of time if you're bringing the stroller so she can plan accordingly (no stairs!) Our first run clinic is January 22nd.

This session we are training for the Shamrock Run Portland. You will need to register for the race on your own. You do NOT need to run the race to train with us! There are several distances to choose from: 1K, 5K, 8K, 15K, and Half. Don't wait! This race will sell out! Register for your distance HERE
